The core technology provided by this patent is: the ball sealing surface is separated from the valve seat sealing surface during the opening or closing of the valve, the ball is completely suspended in the inner cavity of the valve body, and there is no friction with the valve body valve seat sealing surface when the ball rotates, achieving a zero-wear effect. The core sealing part of this valve has a unique and reasonable structure of a special-shaped ball. A notch is opened on the top of the ball along the flow direction of the medium, so that the ball has the function of opening and closing. A support wedge and 4 connecting rods and other components are installed between the notches of the ball. The components are connected to the bottom of the valve stem and form a whole with the ball. When the valve stem moves up and down, the valve stem drives the components at the lower end to close or open the ball. The combination components can adjust the volume of the ball to become larger or smaller, and have a forced compensation function for the valve seal, making the valve sealing performance more reliable. At the same time, forced sealing can be implemented when emergency shut-off is required in an emergency state. The "zero friction telescopic ball valve" has a short switch stroke and has the function of fast switching (manual 3 seconds-1 minute). The manual valve can be closed manually by the personnel on site. Although it is slower than the pneumatic closure, the manual "zero friction telescopic ball valve" also has the function of fast opening and closing, which can still achieve the purpose of quickly cutting off the source of danger, eliminating the accident or reducing the accident to a minimum.
